How to get the most out of our Property App.
Bradshaw Henderson has developed an App for you to use free of charge on your iphone or iTouch. The App allows you to do the following:-
- Find properties that meet your requirements by price, accommodation, location
- Find new instructions
- Receive instant Notifications of reductions and new instructions
- Be instantly directed by your iphone to any property
- Request viewings of any property
- Provide feedback to us on any property
- Request valuation on your own property
- Phone us
- Email us
- Calculate possible loan repayments
Your iphone has GPS built in and the App takes advantage of this and Google Mapping to effortlessly show you where our properties are that you may want to view and how to get to them from wherever you are right now.
The App is connected to our database of properties and is therefore always up to date with our instructions. Use the Search functions to find properties that meet your needs and use the App to communicate direct with us.
Bradshaw Henderson has the ability to send Notifications direct to your App. This could for example be a notification about a special promotion we are running, a new instruction, a price reduction. These are valuable tools for you but you can choose to turn them on and off yourself by going to Settings in your iphone or iTouch and turning Notifications for the App on or off.
Because it is GPS enabled you could be sitting outside a property and the App will find you. You can then send an email immediately (even with a photo of the property!) to us from the App asking us to arrange a viewing, call you about it or even provide feedback such as that it's not what you are looking for.
